Complete the Japan level in Mission Driller mode.
Play as Usagi (Japanese version)Platform: Nintendo DS
After all other characters are unlocked complete the 2000m Moon level again as Ataru. A black rabbit (Usagi) will appear on the top screen. Successfully complete the stage to unlock Usagi as the middle character on the selection screen.
