Start at Sol, and sell all your equipment except for the auto-pilot, nav
computer, and atmospheric shielding. Purchase enough fuel units to reach
Bernard's Star. Fill the remaining cargo space with luxury goods. Fly to
Bernard's Star and go to a station (Miller Depot). Sell all the cargo.
Purchase enough fuel units to return to Sol. Fill the remaining cargo
space with robots or computers. Return to Sol and sell the cargo for a
large profit by finding special buyers on the bulletin board. Repeat
this route to build your profit.
Display software version:
Tap [Shift] + V during the introduction sequence during the Thargoid
attack on the Turner and Viper Mk II.
Skip default commander:
Press 5 before starting a new game to display the loading commander
screen. Press 4 before starting a new game to use the last saved
commander.
Alternate starting point:
Press 1 before starting a new game to begin at Ross 154, with 100
credits, and an Eagle Mk II.
